Client Relationship Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Relationship Executive to join our team. This role is all about building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. If you're someone who enjoys communication, problem-solving, and creating value for clients, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build strong, trustworthy, and lasting client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Track client account metrics, feedback, and renewal opportunities.
  • Support the business development team with client insights and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or sales support (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple accounts.
  • Problem-solving mindset and customer-first approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
