- Efficiently handle the requirements, queries and concerns of the clients.
- Work to rectify issues experienced by individual clients as well as aim to improve the organization's

overall customer satisfaction ratings.
- Should be able to multitask, time management and prioritize the work.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and self-management
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving

issues
- Maintain and update customer and referral information
- Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information
- Assist marketing team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management.
- Develop and update client related reports
- Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company's presence.
- Ensure all system records are up to date and accurate

documents

Required skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English, Malayalam)
- Ability to communicate calmly and diplomatically with customers, co-workers, and visitors
- Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Proficient in customer service
- Active listening and comprehension skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience required

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
