**Key Responsibilities**
- **Real-Time Problem Solving**: Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- **Effective Communication**: Build trust through clear, empathetic communication in English (written and verbal).
- **Process Improvement**: Identify common queries, streamline responses, and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
- **Customer Engagement**: Ensure a seamless and rewarding journey for both customers and advisors on the platform.

**What You’ll Need**
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and quick thinking under pressure
- Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns
- High attention to detail and professional demeanor
- Prior experience in **Customer Support, Client Servicing, or Inside Sales** is a plus
