JD
- Address payroll-related queries, including salary discrepancies, tax inquiries, and payment issues
- Aim for first-call resolution while maintaining performance metrics
- Escalate priority issues following company guidelines
- Address and resolve employee complaints
- Document all employee interactions, inquiries, and transactions accurately

Timing: 4 pm to 12 am or 3 pm to 11 pm

June-Dec: 5-day weeks; rest: 6-day.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
