**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive
**Location**: Grant Road / Kemps Corner, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month
**Experience**: 2-5 years
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints, queries, and service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns
- Share feedback and customer insights with the team to improve service quality
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
**Requirements**:
- 2-5 years of experience in customer service or support roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/Regional languages is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of CRM or customer service tools
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Graduate preferred (not mandatory if experienced)
- Problem-solving attitude and a customer-first approach
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
