**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target corporate clients and positions our networking products/solutions/services as the best solutions.
- Source and generate leads through LinkedIn and other platforms, conduct cold calls to potential corporate customers, and visit customer sites to build relationships and understand their requirements.
- Conduct sales presentations and client meetings to effectively showcase our offerings.
- Acquire new customers by winning them over from competitors and discovering new opportunities through targeted outreach, strategic sales tactics, and compelling presentations.
- Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules on a daily basis.
- Developing business opportunities by arranging meetings and making sales pitches.
- Prepare proposals, and quotations by detailing our networking offerings and ensuring competitivepricing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine and finalize these documents for client submission.
- Present our offerings to end customers, clearly explaining how they meet their needs and challenges.
- Plan detailed presentations that highlight product information, pricing, and benefits.
- Giving demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand our offerings.
- Prepares sales reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing sales information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
- Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.

**Qualifications for IT Field Sales Position**
- Willingness and ability to travel 50% to 70% of the time, depending on the position and sales role.
- Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Previous experience in corporate sales and solid experience in selling networking products, solutions, and services, including data center infrastructure, managed IT services, network security solutions, and enterprise networking hardware and software.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately enter data and generate reports.
- Negotiation and social problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-stress sales environment and multitask

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,874.50 - ₹35,673.99 per month
