Paraayan is looking for an energetic and driven **Sales Executive** to join our team. The role involves fieldwork and driving sales for our range of religious products.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform field sales activities to promote and sell Paraayan’s religious products.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential clients in Noida and surrounding areas.
- Develop and maintain strong connections with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Provide market insights, client feedback, and competitor analysis to the management team.
- Ensure timely reporting of daily sales activities and progress.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of relevant experience in offline sales.
- Must own a two wheeler for local travel.
- Resident of Noida or neighboring cities with excellent knowledge of the area.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic market conditions.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

- Day shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
