**Job Title: International IT Sales Executive**

**Location**: Block E, 160, Sector 63, Noida

**Experience Required**: 2-5 years

**Salary**: Competitive hike from current salary

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the IT sector.
- Identify and engage with prospective clients, building strong relationships and understanding their IT needs.
- Present and demonstrate IT products and solutions to clients, focusing on their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continued business.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest IT technologies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Follow up on leads, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and report on progress to management.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and the technology landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,989.08 - ₹38,637.36 per month
