**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and self-driven Sales Executive/Manager with a solid understanding of mobile app and website development services. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions while helping drive the growth of our business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and building relationships with decision-makers in target industries.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase company revenue by selling mobile app development, website development, and other digital services.
Client Consultation: Understand the client’s business needs and objectives, and offer tailored mobile and web solutions. Provide consultations, product presentations, and demos to prospects.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts for clients. Customize solutions and pricing based on customer requirements and budget.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs by actively engaging with leads, converting opportunities into clients, and driving revenue growth.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold-calling, referrals, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.).
Bidding on Platforms: Manage and optimize bidding activities on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru to secure new business opportunities and projects.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer requirements to ensure you can provide innovative and relevant solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project management, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer communications, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
2-3 years of sales experience in the tech industry (mobile app/web development).
Proven experience in bidding and securing projects on freelancing platforms.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Degree in Business or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
