Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales of our products and services, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Generation**: Identify and target new customers through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term business success and repeat sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: Have a deep understanding of the products/services offered, to present and sell them effectively to potential clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos to potential clients.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring profitability.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with leads and customers to maintain communication, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
