**Sales Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales
- **Language**: Fluency in English and Hindi
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Sales**:Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- **Target Orientation**: Ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sports equipment sales will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software for tracking sales and customer interactions.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
