Sales Executive

**Role Overview**:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling dairy products across various divisions, including milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, and other value-added dairy products. The primary focus is to achieve sales targets, develop new markets, and strengthen relationships with clients in retail, wholesale, and other sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Execute the sales strategy within assigned territories and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for different product divisions.
- **Market Development**: Identify new business opportunities and sales channels for dairy products in the designated market. Expand market penetration through effective channel management and market mapping.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other key stakeholders. Address their queries, complaints, and support requests efficiently.
- **Product Promotion**: Plan and implement promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team to drive product awareness and sales.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports detailing sales volumes, customer feedback, market trends, and competition activities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the production, distribution, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product delivery to clients and adherence to quality standards.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product features, specifications, market trends, and customer demands. Train the sales team on the same, if needed.
- **Sales Forecasting**: Participate in forecasting sales volumes and planning product demand in coordination with the Sales Manager.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the dairy or FMCG sector.
**Skills**:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and grow multiple product lines effectively.
- Proficient in sales planning and execution.
- Knowledge of local markets and distribution networks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
