Job Summary:
Hilden Packaging Machines Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturing company in the packaging industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to specialize in creating and managing quotations and spare quotations. This role is crucial in supporting our sales efforts by providing accurate and timely pricing information to clients. The Marketing Associate will play a vital role in maintaining customer relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
Create and manage quotations and spare quotations for prospective and existing clients, adhering to company pricing guidelines and policies.

Liaise with the sales team and relevant departments to gather necessary information and specifications required for preparing accurate quotations.

Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to obtain the best possible pricing for spare parts and equipment.

Ensure all quotations and spare quotations are comprehensive, including product details, pricing, delivery terms, and any other relevant information.

Review and analyse customer inquiries, identifying specific requirements and providing customized pricing solutions when necessary.

Maintain an organized database of quotations and spare quotations, ensuring easy retrieval and reference for future use.

Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on quotations, address customer inquiries, and negotiate pricing and terms when required.

Collaborate with the marketing team to update pricing information on marketing collateral, websites, and other promotional materials.

Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our quotations remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Assist in developing and implementing strategies to streamline the quotation process and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:
12th standard and above

Proven work experience in a marketing or sales support role, preferably involving quotation management or pricing activities.

Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy to ensure precise and error-free quotations.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for pricing calculations and data management.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external customers.

Knowledge of the packaging industry and familiarity with packaging machinery and spare parts is preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex pricing scenarios.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
