**Automobile Spare Parts Executive**

**Location: Mumbai.**

**Responsibilities**:
1) Selling of Spare parts to the crushing and screening industry Technically understand crushing equipment product and give solutions to customers on parts requirement Coordinates.

2) Service repairs and Parts deliveries Visit existing and new customers regularly to generate parts sales Experience in Crushing and Heavy equipment parts sales.

3) Give support to customers through internal service team help and drive to get parts requirement Act on customer feedback on priority basis.

4) Commitment to customers based on the stock availability and follow-up on the payment schedule.

5) Commitment to customer on parts requirement delivery with internal support and coordination.

6) Coordination and organisation of spare parts offers and orders within a market suitable time period, ensuring customers satisfaction.

7) Responsibility for the support of the service department and service engineers.

8) Supporting the sales department in regards to spare parts.

9) Handling of enquiries.

10) Technical clarification in regards to spare parts and / or recommended spare parts lists and offers.

11) Preparation of quotations and spare parts proposals. Follow-up for quotations and evaluation of reasons for not received orders.

12) Booking and invoicing of spare parts, service and warranty orders and follow up. Dispatch of orders in collaboration with Spare Parts Manager.

**Immediate joiners are preferred.**

**Relevant automobile experience is mandatory.**

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
