Spare Parts EngineerLocation: BahrainExperience: 2–5 YearsEducation: B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringLanguages: English, HindiSalary: NegotiableAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial knowledge of Air-Conditioning systems and spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DX Systems, Chillers, AHUs, and Fan Coil Units, and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC spare parts market.- Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.- Manage warranty claims and handle customer feedback efficiently.- Monitor market trends and pricing to support sales strategy.- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and deliveries.- Build strong client relationships and work proactively to achieve sales targets.Preferred Background:- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, with at least 2 years in Chiller Spare Parts sales.- Prior experience in reputed HVAC companies will be an added advantage.- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.- Good understanding of technical documentation and specifications.
