Spare Parts Engineer Location: Bahrain Experience: 2–5 Years Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering Languages: English, Hindi Salary: NegotiableAbout the Role:We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial knowledge of Air-Conditioning systems and spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in DX Systems, Chillers, AHUs, and Fan Coil Units, and a passion for building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in the HVAC spare parts market.Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Manage warranty claims and handle customer feedback efficiently.Monitor market trends and pricing to support sales strategy.Maintain accurate records of inquiries, orders, and deliveries.Build strong client relationships and work proactively to achieve sales targets.Preferred Background:2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, with at least 2 years in Chiller Spare Parts sales.Prior experience in reputed HVAC companies will be an added advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.Good understanding of technical documentation and specifications.
