Position Title: Spares coordinators

Location: Mulund

**Responsibilities**:
Handling Spares Quotes / PO and PO Fullfiiment Handling Spares Quotes:
Identify the spares requested for the quote by studying part data base / machine manuals / explosion diagrams.
Interact with Engineers, customer teachnical team and Taiwan team for preparation of the Quote Prepare the Spares quotation / based on scope etc update the quote as requied With Freight Charges Follow up for PO and meet the spares target that has been set On PO receipt handle the same with preparing Draft Proforma / checking part availability with Taiwan / payment follow up with customer / despatch follow up with Taiwan / taking approval on shipping invoice Update spare parts database regulary with Part Photos from Taiwan / Customer and Engineer Maintain the GUIDELINES for the parts In the Database Technical write up need to shared required customerPreparing weekly reportPreparing monthly report

AMC handling:
Prepare the Service quotation as requested by the customer / Engineer and update necessary sheets Checking against engineer visit done and updating as necessary against quotation Sharing SPARES Quote as mentioned in the Service MOM after visit is made Check Service Issue udpate as mentioned in the Mom Follow up with customer for po if not received po against visitShare the po & mom with ACCOUNTS team for preparation of the invoice & he will share same with customerPreparing weekly reportPreparing monthly report

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
