Job Summary:

The Manager Spare Parts will oversee inventory operations, supplier coordination, and warehouse management to ensure timely availability of spare parts while optimizing costs and efficiency. The role involves managing stock levels, leading warehouse staff, analyzing inventory data, and implementing process improvements for a smooth and cost-effective supply chain.

Experience Required:

  • 5–8 years of experience in inventory management, preferably within the service industry.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.

    • Place orders for new stock and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.

    • Maintain accurate inventory records and track daily shipments using ERP/CRM systems.

    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure consistent supply and negotiate favorable terms.

    • Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to optimize operations.

    • Analyze sales and inventory data to forecast demand and report to management.

    • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

    • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and regulations.

    • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies.

    • Track KPIs such as inventory turnover, carrying costs, and order accuracy, and report findings to management.
