**MARINE OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR -Responsibilities**
- To Assist Head Operations in day to day operations of companies vessels;
- Co-ordinate all the requirements of the vessles;
- Co-ordinate with all departments regarding all vessel requirements ;
- Day to day operations are not hampered in any way;
- Co-ordination with chartering dept on the vessels onhire;
- Outward clearance and inward clearance of vessels to be handled with the agent and the chartering dept;
- Co-ordinate with all agents with regards to the operation of the vessel and their requirements;
- Maintaining of records ,vessel certificates. Check on the expiry of certificates;
- General document control of the shore office;
- Maintaining daily reporting of all the vessles;
- Take care of all the ship requirements (Provisions, FW, FO, Spares etc);
- Co-ordinating receipt of all deck and E/R requisition for purchasing other than Machinery spare parts of items for company Vessels ;
- Co-ordinating supply of Fuel, Fresh Water, lubes, etc.
- Maintaining daily/Weekly/Monthly Record. Ensure that all the reports are signed by the various head of the dept and have the documents filed;
- Co-ordinating with companies vessels for daily Position Reports ;
- Co-ordinating with vessels for daily/weekly/monthly reports for the operation side including deck PMS;
- Assist the Head Operations in Maintaining certifications;
- Co-ordinating with Flag state Administration & Class for any vessel certification requirement;
- Liaising with vessel agents for in/out clearance, crew sign on/ sign off, gate passes for contractors etc;
- Co-ordinating all clients requirement on the field with Logistics/Marketing department;
- Ensuring previous / suppliers/ spares reach vessels in time and in tact;
- Ensuring close out all punch list as issued by clients/ supervisor/ any other auditor;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
