**Description**:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible to lead and supervise a team of Executives and liaise with the Clients and the Performing Offices to deliver Hub services to the satisfaction of the Clients.
- Ensure that all service requests from the Principals are promptly addressed within designated KPIs.
- Ensure receipt of PDA from the Performing Offices and dispatch the same to the Principals.
- Ensure that the defined KPIs of PDA, close estimates and vessel attendance reports are being met by the team.
- Highlight any issues arising from day-to-day operations and escalate to the Line Managers as required.
- Liaise and attend to any queries from the Principals and performing offices.
- Confirm list of services delivered from the performing offices.
- In case of any urgent requirement from the Principal, alert the performing offices and inform the Line Managers.
- Conduct regular team meetings to highlight issues and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Assist Line Managers in arranging trainings for the team.
- Prepare Rota for the team and increase team efficiency by giving support operationally and administratively.
- Prepare reports as required by the Line Managers.
- Assist in resolving Disbursement Account queries.
- Assist the Line Managers in debt collection.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Port Agency and Crewing Managers.
