Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor, located in Maharashtra, India. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key tasks include monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role also involves coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and proven experience in managing teams
  • Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee daily functions
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and coordination
  • Ability to work in an on-site environment in Maharashtra, India
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
