Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities for residential real estate projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in civil engineering with substantial experience in supervising site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Coordinate and oversee day-to-day construction site operations, ensuring adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction work meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize site productivity.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Software Proficiency: MS-Office, AutoCAD
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience as a site supervisor in the real estate or residential construction sector.
- Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
