Maxima Boilers is looking to onboard a Sales Executive to handle our spares departmental activities.

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Relevant Experience**: **Minimum 3 years in sales / spares or related field in manufacturing industry**

We are looking for a Spares executive who will be responsible for executing complete post-sale spare orders and also help out with other related areas.

**What would you do?**
- Responsible for communicating with customers to analyse the requirements, and prepare proposals accordingly.
- Follow up, negotiate and finalise orders and maintain correspondence with customers.
- Maintain customer relations and develop new customers through networking, referrals, company lead generation and cold calling.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Spares or Sales domain
- Technical Experience in understanding and handling engineering related terms is essential
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing
- Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines and targets
- Comfortable making decisions independently, and taking initiative to implement necessary changes.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
