Quality Concerns resolution by QC Story methodology

Actively participating in QCRT committee

Inspire, lead and ensure healthy relation at all times with customer, supplier and employees within and outside department

To have better employee engagement in the department for fetching optimum results

Grooming & Enhancing Technical & function skills of officer through training

ABC analysis of spares and machines

Spare parts planning & procurement

Budget planning (Capital as well as Revenue) and execution

Responsible for keeping budget under control

Resource planning for the department

Education Qualification

BE/Btech

General Experience

3- 8 years

.Knowledge of Engine Assembly & testing machines,

  • Knowledge of latest technologies of machines
  • Experience of handling breakdowns of CNC & PLC machines
  • Spare part planning & procurement
  • Budget planning & execution
  • 7QC Tools, Statiscal Tools/Computer Skills/PPAP/SAP/Ariba
