**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound cold calls using the provided database to generate leads.
- Attend and assist walk-in clients at the office with inquiries related to immigration and study abroad programs.
- Explain company services clearly and convincingly to potential clients.
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling team to ensure seamless client experience.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to handle client objections professionally.
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
