**JOB TITLE:CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE**

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, aiming for firstcontact resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences across all channels.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

**Requirements**:

- UG
- Min 6 months of experience in customer care or telecalling preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if necessary.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
