We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our team. In this role, you will act as a frontline ambassador for our company, providing exceptional service and problem-solving expertise to our valued customers. You will handle customer inquiries and concerns with both efficiency and kindness, ensuring a positive customer experience that builds loyalty and reflects our company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

Customer Service.

Thoroughly understand customer needs and provide accurate information about services, and company policies.

Troubleshoot customer issues, offering solutions that align with company guidelines and procedures.

Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments or management to ensure timely resolution.

Record Keeping and Documentation.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.

Document customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions for further improvements.

Anticipate customer needs and offer proactive solutions.

Collaborate with team members to share best practices and resolve customer issues effectively.

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in any stream

**Experience**

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferred)

Freshers can also apply

**Skills**

Fluency in Malayalam, Kannada, English, and Hindi.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Excellent listening and empathy skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computers and relevant customer service software.
