We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Customer Care Executives** to join our BPO team in Palarivattom, Kochi. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Handle customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Document customer interactions and update records as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues effectively and following up as required.
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet performance and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Any graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Willingness to work in a rotational shift schedule.
