**Customer Care Executive**
**Location**: Kochi, Calicut, Kasargod, Malappuram, Vadakara
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Gender**: Female
**Experience**: Minimum 1 year

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
- Assist in handling customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement in service.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Meet performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and response time.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year** of experience in customer service or customer care roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a positive attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).
