**Accident Department Service Advisor at Tata Motors Authorised Service Station**
- **Overview**:_

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Accident Department Service Advisor to join our team at Tata Motors Authorised Service Station. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between customers who have experienced vehicle accidents and our service team. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth, efficient, and empathetic service experience, managing the entire process from initial assessment to the completion of repairs.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_

**1. Customer Interaction and Support**:

- Greet customers and establish a good rapport, understanding their needs following a vehicle accident.
- Clearly explain the process of assessment, insurance claims, repair options, and timelines.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle repair, managing expectations and any delays.

**2. Assessment and Documentation**:

- Conduct initial assessments of accident-damaged vehicles.
- Document the extent of damage and create detailed reports for insurance purposes.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure smooth processing of claims.

**3. Service Coordination**:

- Collaborate with technicians and service personnel to oversee the repair process.
- Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle repairs and follow-ups.
- Ensure that all repairs meet Tata Motors' quality standards.

**4. Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly.
- Provide solutions that are in the best interest of both the customer and the company.

**5. Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of all accident-related services and customer interactions.
- Manage billing and invoicing in coordination with the accounts department.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory standards.

**6. Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in vehicle repair and customer service.
- Suggest improvements in service procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
