We are seeking a customer-focused and knowledgeable **Service Advisor** to join our team. As the primary point of contact for service customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience by communicating effectively between customers and the service team. If you have a passion for automotive services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers professionally and gather information about their service needs.
- Accurately document vehicle issues and create repair orders.
- Provide estimates for service and repair costs; obtain customer approvals.
- Coordinate with technicians to diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services.
- Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance, and associated costs to customers.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their vehicles during service.
- Handle warranty and insurance claims processing.
- Close repair orders and process invoices and payments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain service records and follow up with customers for future services.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or technical training preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a service advisor, customer service, or automotive role.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification.
- Experience with dealership or shop management systems (DMS).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
