**Job Title: Service Advisor**

**Location**:[Nerul-Navi Mumbai]**

**Position Summary**:
**Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Listen to customers' concerns and inquiries regarding their vehicles.
- Provide accurate information about available services, maintenance schedules, and estimated repair costs.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the service process, updating them on the status of their vehicles.

**Service Recommendations**:

- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
- Consult service manuals and technical resources to provide accurate recommendations to customers.
- Explain recommended services and their benefits, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.
- Prioritize recommended services based on vehicle condition, safety concerns, and customer preferences.

**Service Coordination**:

- Schedule service appointments and allocate resources efficiently to meet customer needs and service department capacity.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Monitor service workflow to minimize wait times and maximize service department productivity.
- Address any delays or complications in the repair process, keeping customers informed and offering alternative solutions when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer software and dealership management systems for scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Service Advisor: 3 years (preferred)
- Dealership: 3 years (preferred)
