**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the academy, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and faculty, providing information and addressing queries.
- Manage student admissions processes, including handling inquiries, maintaining student records.
- Assist in coordinating class schedules, faculty meetings, and workshops.
- Maintain and update student and staff attendance records.
- Organize and maintain office documentation, including filing systems, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement when needed.
- Assist with handling fee payments, generating invoices, and managing petty cash.
- Support faculty with administrative tasks and provide assistance with classroom materials and technology needs.
- Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, students, and staff.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prior experience in office administration, academic administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
