**We are seeking a creative individual to handle inbound & outbound calls from customers / Partners for sales and service using cloud management platform software.**
- Provides customer satisfaction through effective and timely resolution of a variety of customer inquiries.
- To ensure technically best and progressive offer to meet customers’ demand by close collaboration with Service sales team, service delivery & Authorised Service partners

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Communicate large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives
- Maintain ownership of calls throughout the lifecycle of the caller’s request, including follow-ups with end-users and escalation team
- Prioritize request for quotations (RFQ) by taking opportunities into account
- Provide technical support and quotation to customers
- Preparation & Verification of Quotation (Terms & condition, Material part code, Prices, technical documentation)
- Processing of orders in SAP on conversion of quotations, Warranty and Goodwill orders
- To create quotations for all health checkup conducted.
- Processing of service orders & debit notes in SAP
- Reporting of Failures (FAS) in system
- Frequently attend internal trainings to improve knowledge and performance level
- Liaise with after market, Service delivery to ensure smooth execution of AMC / Service Contracts / any service offerings / resolution of complaints

**Your Background**:

- Any Degree /Diploma with command over English, Hindi & multilingual languages
- Most likely to have 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Willingness to work in shifts
