Key Responsibilities:
- **1. Sales and Business Development**:_
○ Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing campaigns.
○ Present and demonstrate Tally ERP features to prospective clients.
○ Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
○ Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- **2. Client Relationship Management**:_
○ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
○ Understand client needs and provide tailored Tally solutions to address their pain points.
○ Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- **3. Reporting and Documentation**:_
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
○ Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
○ Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- Educational Background: _
○ MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
○ B.Tech / B.E.
- Experience: _
○ 1-2 years of experience in software sales or ERP solutions is an advantage.
○ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
○ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
