- Prepare and season meat, seafood, and vegetables for grilling.
- Innovate and develop new grilled dishes for the menu.
- Maintain and operate grill equipment efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in grilling techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Time management skills to handle high-volume service.
