- **Station Management**:

- Ensure smooth operation of the assigned section during service hours.
- **Quality Control**:
- Monitor the quality of ingredients and dishes, ensuring freshness and adherence to recipes.
- Conduct taste tests to maintain flavor balance and authenticity.
- **Hygiene and Safety**:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**:
- Work closely with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Train and mentor junior staff or commis chefs within the section.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Monitor and manage stock levels for the section.
- Ensure proper storage and minimize wastage of ingredients.
- **Menu Development**:
- Assist in creating and refining new continental dishes or updating the menu.
- Offer input on plating techniques and presentation styles.
- **Problem-Solving**:
