**Job Title**: Offline Sales Executive
**Experience Required**: 3-5 Years
**About Us**:
Nio Stars Technologies LLP is a fast-growing cybersecurity solutions provider committed to safeguarding organizations from evolving digital threats. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Offline Sales Executive who will play a key role in building client relationships and driving business growth through direct engagement and site visits.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct site visits to client organizations to understand requirements and present company solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct customer engagement.
- Visit client sites for events, exhibitions, or other business-related activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying client needs and offering appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing models.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to the management team.
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Master’s degree in marketing (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in offline or field sales, preferably in IT/technology/cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to present technical solutions in a simple and client-friendly manner.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits, client meetings, and events.
**Location**: Pune (Kharadi) - with frequent client site visits
**Notice Period**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
