FlexifyMe is a health and wellness startup focused on pain management and mobility solutions through physiotherapy and yoga. With both online and offline services, we provide a holistic approach to long-term wellness. We are expanding our operations team and are looking for enthusiastic telecalling professionals to join our Kharadi, Pune office.

**Role Overview**:
We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth coordination with our sales and operations teams. The role demands excellent communication skills, **especially in English,** and the ability to engage clients professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Explain FlexifyMe’s services and convert leads into appointments or sales.
- Maintain lead and client data in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Minimum 6 months of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- **Fluency in English is mandatory**; Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident telephone etiquette.
- Comfortable working from the office (no remote option).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM preferred).
