Job Description:
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office Only)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, resolve client queries, and provide accurate information
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and collect feedback
- Maintain updated records of client communications and interactions in CRM or Google Sheets
- Coordinate with the in-clinic team to ensure timely scheduling and service delivery
- Address client concerns promptly and escalate issues when needed
- Assist in calling campaigns and customer satisfaction surveys
Requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student (any stream)
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Polite, patient, and service-oriented communication style
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets/MS Excel)
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple client conversations
- Must be available to work full-time from the clinic (no remote work)
