Job Title - Telesales Senior Executive

Job Location - Kharadi, Pune

Range Of Experience - 2 yrs+

**Responsibilities**:
 Sales & Counselling
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with prospective students interested in INFS programs.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable courses based on their goals and background.
- Use consultative selling techniques to drive enrolments and handle objections effectively.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve individual sales targets consistently.

 Team Support
- Support the telesales team with mentorship and guidance based on your own experience in telesales.
- Assist in setting team targets and share best practices to help achieve sales KPIs.
- Conduct audits of call quality and CRM usage to ensure adherence to best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the coaching, health, fitness, or education industries is a plus.
- Ability to support and train junior team members in telesales techniques and objection handling.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting.
- A growth mindset with an interest in continuous learning and development. Interview Process
