Experience:
3-5 years in PR and Offline Marketing within service or consulting industry, with a strong focus on lead generation, relationship building and corporate engagement.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven PR & Marketing Manager to lead our offline marketing efforts and strengthen strategic partnerships in domestic and international markets. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with relevant trade associations and other industry influencers, generating leads and referrals, expanding brand presence through events and sponsorships, and driving strategic offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate would be a natural networker with a strong grasp of traditional marketing, corporate communications, and industry engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline Marketing & Corporate Outreach:
o Develop and implement targeted offline marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and client engagement in India and international markets.
o Identify and cultivate relationships with HR, travel desk and administration teams of corporates to generate leads and sales enquiries.
o Establish strategic tie-ups with coworking spaces, hotels, premium commercial projects and trade zones for events and networking opportunities.
o Represent the company at corporate events, industry forums, networking meets, and trade shows to generate leads.
o Lead tele-calling and outreach initiatives to identify and convert potential business prospects from domestic and international markets.
o Secure sponsorships and partnerships that enhance brand credibility and market presence.
Industry Engagement & Relationship Management:
o Act as a liaison between the company and key industry players, fostering long-term strategic collaborations.
o Partner with business leaders, trade associations, chambers of commerce, and corporate forums to unlock referrals and other business opportunities.
o Organize VIP networking events, corporate roundtables, and industry discussions to elevate the company's visibility.
o Collaborate with travel agencies and hotels to establish referral partnerships and lead-generation channels.
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to refine strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
Key Skills & Other Traits:
o A strategic thinker with strong communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
o Experienced in offline marketing, PR, and corporate outreach within a service-oriented industry.
o Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
o Expertise in event marketing, sponsorships, and public relations.
o Knowledge of corporate branding, and traditional marketing methods.
