Role : Customer Support Associate - Health Care Process

Experience : Fresher and minimum 6 months of Customer Support Exp

Qualification : Graduate/ 10+ 3 yrs Diploma/ +2

Location : Electronic City-Bangalore (WFO)

Salary : 2.4LPA to 3.2LPA (Based on process and Interview Performance)

Experienced
- Min 6 months with Proper documents
- 2.7LPA to 3.2LPA

Language : Eng + Hindi/ Assamese/ Kannada/Odia/ Gujarati/ Marathi

Shift:
Male
- 24/7 - Cabs provided for Night Shift

Female
- 6am to 8pm (any 9 hours)

Working days: 6 with 1 day rotational off.

Required skills and qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with neutral Indian Accent.
- Ability to communicate calmly and diplomatically with patients & co-workers.
- Proficient in customer service
- Active listening and comprehension skills
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with patients.
- Handling the calls with good communication skills professionally. Can speak fluently in Kannada, Assamese, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali & Hindi and English languages as per region.
- Patient centric and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be a self-starter with attention to detail.
- Help patients on booking appointments or an enquiry on inbound calls/Outbound calls/E-mail
- Quality & AHT to be maintained as per process requirement
- Process: Multilingual support for a Healthcare project
