We are looking for an Customer Support Executive

Company Description: EventsGram is a platform dedicated to transforming stall bookings and empowering exhibitors in the fashion and lifestyle industry. **Role Description**

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive brand reputation.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

**Freshers/Experienced Both can Apply.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: In person
