Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to promote the company's products/services and expand the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Meet and exceed sales targets as assigned by management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to customers effectively.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and reporting activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales (1–3 years), preferably in (industry—FMCG/IT/Real Estate/etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
