**Job Title**: Procurement Executive - Solar Projects
**Location**: Noida
**Department**: Procurement / Solar Division
**Experience**: 1-3years (preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure materials and components for solar projects such as solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, cables, and BOS (Balance of System) items.
- Identify and develop strong vendor and supplier networks across regions.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and perform comparative analysis to ensure optimal pricing and quality.
- Negotiate terms, prices, credit, and delivery timelines with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and ensure compliance with organizational and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and project teams to understand technical specifications and delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries and manage vendor performance.
- Maintain a database of approved vendors, product catalogs, and pricing history.
- Assist in inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and innovations in solar technology and components.
- Ensure procurement activities align with project timelines and budgets.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in solar or renewable energy sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of solar components, specifications, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with procurement software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, documentation, and analytical thinking.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Prior experience in handling vendor relations for EPC solar projects.
- Understanding of import/export procedures (for imported solar components).
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
