We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **EPC & Solar Sales Executive** to drive business growth in the renewable energy sector. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) and solar solutions to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the **EPC and solar energy domain**.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **corporates, industrial clients, government agencies, and channel partners**.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable **EPC/solar solutions**.
- Prepare and deliver **sales proposals, presentations, and tenders**.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams for **feasibility studies, BOQ, and project execution plans**.
- Stay updated with **market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments**.
- Maintain proper records of **sales pipeline, customer database, and reporting to management**:

- **Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of **solar energy systems, EPC projects, and renewable energy sector**.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering / Business Administration / Renewable Energy** or equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in **solar/EPC sales or related field**.
- Knowledge of **solar PV, rooftop, ground-mounted projects, and government policies** preferred.
