Jakson Group Position Title Area Manager - Sales Solar Module Business Department Solar Module Division Locations Dehradun 01 Openings Experience Required 4-6 Years Reporting To Regional Manager Head - Sales Solar Module Business About Jakson Group Established in 1947 Jakson Group is one of India s leading energy and engineering conglomerates with diversified interests in Solar Module Manufacturing EPC Projects Distributed Energy and New Energy Solutions With a strong legacy of over 75 years Jakson is a trusted name in the renewable energy sector offering high-efficiency solar PV modules innovative clean energy solutions and end-to-end project execution Our Solar Module Division serves leading EPCs IPPs government agencies and institutional clients across India with a focus on delivering reliability performance and sustainability Role Objective To drive regional solar module sales growth by developing channel networks managing EPC and industrial clients expanding institutional business and achieving sales and collection targets in the assigned territory Key Responsibilities Result Areas Responsibility Area Description Business Development Sales Growth Achieve sales targets for solar PV modules in the assigned region Identify and onboard new EPCs developers and distributors Manage existing relationships and ensure repeat business Execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and volume goals Channel Partner Management Develop and strengthen distributor and dealer networks Conduct regular visits sales reviews and partner training programs Monitor channel performance secondary sales and credit discipline Support partners with marketing and promotional initiatives EPC Institutional Client Handling Handle local EPC players MSME installers and industrial clients for module supply Coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely order fulfillment Manage techno-commercial discussions with clients and consultants Government Policy-driven Business Identify opportunities under state nodal agencies and subsidy programs Work with EPCs executing government projects and rooftop schemes Reporting Coordination Maintain weekly monthly MIS on sales pipeline and collections Track competitor activities pricing trends and policy updates Collaborate with internal teams for pricing delivery and documentation support Cross-functional Collaboration Support corporate teams in regional marketing campaigns and exhibitions Assist in techno-commercial evaluations and customer ROI models Provide feedback on product performance and market requirements Key Performance Indicators KPIs Regional module sales target achievement Channel partner acquisition and performance EPC institutional client onboarding and retention Market coverage and brand visibility On-time collection and receivable management Candidate Profile Criteria Details Experience- 4-6 years in Solar Module Renewable Energy Electrical Product Sales Industry Expertise Knowledge of solar PV modules and power systems Experience in channel and EPC sales Exposure to government and subsidy-based solar programs Core Competencies Business Development o Channel Management o Client Relationship o Negotiation o Analytical Reporting
