Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager –Supply Chain/ Procurement

Department: Supply Chain Management/Procurement

Location: GH2 Solar Ltd (Corporate Office-Noida Sec-68 )

Reporting To: MD/COO

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end procurement process for Solar EPC projects, ensuring timely availability of materials and services.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and cost targets.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, BOS components, and other project materials.
  • Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality and technical specifications.
  • Establish and maintain long-term vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Execution, Planning, and Finance teams for material forecasting and budget alignment.
  • Manage purchase orders, work orders, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company and statutory norms.
  • Track delivery schedules, resolve vendor issues, and coordinate logistics for smooth site delivery.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and new technologies relevant to the solar EPC industry.
  • Implement best practices in procurement processes, documentation, and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
