  1. Candidates should be familiar with the evacuation system Transmission line, Switchyard, Bayden etc. for Solar projects.

  2. Candidates should have handled the procurement of Switchyard and Transmission Line packages.

  3. Candidates should be familiar with procurement of Substation and Transmission Line materials for transmission and distribution projects from 11kV,33kV, 66kV etc.

  4. Procuring all equipment for Power Substation and Transmission line up to 33kV (Breakers, Isolators, CT&PT, LAs, Insulators, CRP & SAS System, LT & HT Cable, Conductor, Tower material, OPGW. PLCC, communication equipment and all other items used in the Substation projects.

  5. Candidates should be familiar with Experience in end-to-end Contracts Management, Bid & Proposal Management, Vendor Management, centrally managing Procurement and contracts for all Solar projects.

  6. Candidates should be familiar with Experience in execution of a number of projects and awarding of EPC contracts & deployment of contractors for driving towards the success of the project.

  7. Problem solving and exposure to materials costing Floating enquiries, preparation of techno-commercial comparison, negotiation with the suppliers, management approval notes, contract management etc.

  8. Purchase orders for Engineering Materials by reviewing requisitions, orders for accuracy, obtaining price quotations and comparison of the material in all respects (Price, Payment term & Delivery), negotiations & finalization of order terms.

  9. Preliminary Negotiate with vendors to secure the most favourable terms of business for the company and vendor.

  10. Familiar with Discom/Electricity Board inspection & Approvals process.

  11. Coordination with the engineering team and project team to ensure delivery of material on time at site.

  12. effective communicator with exceptional analytical, technical, negotiation and client

relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of business and management.

  1. SAP MM Module Hands on experience & MS office Hands on experience.

  2. Max. Exp: 8 to 10 Years, Qualification: BE Electrical or MBA.

  3. Experience working in the solar industry will be preferred.
